Just took the truck in a three hour trip and by the Ultragauge the temperatures are fluctuating around 230-240. Over the last few trips, I’ve noticed it’s been slowly creeping up. It used to cruise around 195 or so at highway speeds and then creep to 200-205 at stops. Then it started creeping up to 210-220 while at slow speeds. It is a bit late now that you do not have any drive, but the easiest way to test the torque convertor is to put in drive, put you foot hard on the brakes and try revving it up to around 2,000 rpm.
