They suggested that I do not wait for 50 hours after the first because of the type of riding I may do because it is the XMR. Not open for further replies.

253 posts · Joined 2012. #2 · Aug 30, 2014. Nothing easy about it. Can-ams mean joke. Pull the bolts from the floorboard. remove the side panel. two screws in outer footwell to plastic, 1 front and 1 rear. remove gas cap. push tabs in on footwell where they meet they meet the plastic.
I changed the oil Saturday on my 2008 800 Outie XT @ 1000 miles mark, and when I unscrewed the drain plug, it broke a few threads up high on the cylinder ( Can Am actually have a cylinder type that the drain plug screws up into and not just a few threads).
